    Default Sour Cream Grouper

    Or any other good white fish that you like.
    This is good on a cold night...

    Wipe a glass baking dish lightly with olive oil.
    Load it up well with fillets, seasoned as you wish.
    (Old Bay, or whatever... Fresh dill is good too.)
    Top them with butter squares.
    Then bury the whole thing deep in sour cream.
    Bake uncovered at 350, until done.

    How about giving approximate baking time!

    I guess it depends on how thick your fish is or if it's in a single layer. I'd start checking it in about 25 minutes or so. Carefully pull a little sour cream aside with a fork and see if the fish flakes apart and is opaque all the way through.
