How does the chat room work? I started a chat room by myself, then opened the CSO website in another window to see if there would be an indication that a chat was in progress from the main forum page and there was no indication. Is there a way to signal others (viewing the main forum page) that there is a chat in progress? This would be especially good if posts start to move off topic - PM's work good if there are only two people communicating, but if you add others... Not so good - Just a thought. 006

You could probally open it up,minimize, then leave the sound up a bit,That way you know when there is people coming and going.

You are right Will... there is no indication that a chat session is in progress. I believe for now, if you want to engage someone in the chat room, you should PM them or perhaps post an announcement/invitation for an open chat session to anyone that is interested.

I've participated in the chat room and found it to be cumbersome when there are more than 3 or 4 people participating at once. But that's just me.
