Italian dressing
Onions
Red peppers
1 Jar Alfredo sauce
1 can red peppers
cream cheese
Toni's Creole seasoning
rice
Marinate 6 good filets in Italian dressing for at least 4 hours
In iron skillet place a bed of onion to cover bottom of skillet and half cover with Italian dressing. Season fish with Toni's and place on top of onions in skillet with medium heat
Prepare sauce by mixing jar of Alfredo sauce, roasted red peppers, and cream cheese in a sauce pan over heat until warm.
when fish will flake place fish with onions over bed of rice and top with red pepper sauce garnish with sliced red pepper.
