Looks great Jim! How about spelling out the secrets of the preparation and cooking process for those of us who are culinarily challenged?
They Look Great! Would also like to hear how you prepared them for the Fryer?

I only see 2 plates set, and I didn't get a phone call? WTF??? lol.....
I can attest, "Jim's Stuff" (bowl in the top/center, kinda like a cocktail sauce on steriods) is the best! I use it with everything from fish and oysters to burrito's, and its great by itself on a saltine cracker.
Are we going to ever get a break in this weather so you can post up a new thread called "Grouper Sticks"?

That "stuff" sure is something else! When I had the opportunity for dinner there one time I was looking for anything and everything to soak up every remaining drop on my plate...and I HATE KETCHUP...Capt. Jim is one helluva mean fish cook.
Is it possible to put the recipe out here? I'm sure there would be plenty of people that would really enjoy the sauce..
