ca'cold ,So after an gas-n-bait,We're cuttin' ice out of the drain ,to put in the plug.It's only 26 deg. Our first stop was'nt far,it turns into an Zero.2 stop we pick up 4 Bass,tried several more spots Not'a .Well we agreed 4 fish was'nt a bad day,see'in how some pro's wished they had what we released.;D

That's the kind of fishin to do when it's cold like this, Jim. Heck, it's cold around the corner from you too. We have had about 10 days straight of freezing night time temps. Was 18 Wed morning. Fish are all in the rivers. Water temp in the estuary creaks is 40 degrees. Old copper suit has found him a deep hole.

When is the weather going to break? I'm coming down for 5 days starting the 22nd.

Weather this time of year is a hit-n-miss. Jan-Feb are hard months thru-out the panhandle,so take what you can get,when-ever you can get out.The creeks and ICW east and west can pay-off,fish slow and stay warm,and good luck *fingerscrossed*,Too-Tall
