pretty cool to have your bait shipped to you..

i will use these for stripers, tired of throwing away herring,at 7.00 a dozen herring get expensive..

they seem happy with their new home,to bad they have no idea what their future holds...

they are a cross between a goldfish and a carp...

Hey Gut, definately let us know how they work out for stripers. I striper fish all the time also, so really interested in how they do. being that they aren't a natural forage in the lake, I kinda wonder how they'll do, but they may work well. Be nice not to have to catch bait all the time.

Also, how tough are they to keep? Like herring/gizzards or like minnows? And a price also? can pm if you like.

easy to keep, fresh water with an aerator is all thats needed..

5lb equals 85.00 shipped

10lb equals 105.00 shipped

i tried the 5 lb first so i am upside down on $$ compared to herring, the kicker is the 10lb,the first time i don't have to throw any back,i am ahead of what i would be paying for herring..*thumbsup*

if they work out my next order will be a 10lb..

go to the link and look under more info, click on FAQ they answer alot of the questions there.

depending on where you live you may not be able to use them, some states it is illegal..

Cool..I'm legal in VA. The price is a little steep, but I think it said you get 12.5dozen in 5lbs, which will last quite a few trips if the fish will hold that long in the tank. Always an option if bait is tough during a certain time. Let us know how they work on the stripes.

Edit: I would need at least the offshore size, which is only 6dozen. Still not too bad if you can't get bait any other way.
