Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for this site. I started out with a polar skiff 17' with a 40HP evinrude 2-stroke. I knew I wanted to upgrade shortly after buying it back in the summer. I started looking at the CS and knew right away that was the boat for me. I have been soaking up the info off this site which is second to none and decided to buy a new CS DLX198. But to my surprise my fiance surprised me with one for Christmas. So thanks again guys for all the info and I am sure I will be picking everyones brain as I start to trick this one out. I am excited to be part of the CS family. LETS GO FISHING!! 010

Dang!!! That woman of yours is a keeper! What a x-mas gift! Welcome to the site and seeing how you're from AB, we'll have to catch up with you sometime in the near future as that area is my fav destination for skiffing.

Welcome Wyldwood - I am from the piedmont as well - Danbury, NC my in-laws are in the Cape-Carterette Area - Bouge to be exact - so I get that way often myself - my wife makes the boat payments so that is close enough to perfect for me....sounds like a cheesy song
