i installed a lowrance 5300 iGPS and bought the Map Create 7 software. man its sooo much easier to load all my waypoints in using the PC, and than just putting the card in the unit. garmin has the same type of software also, i just opted for the lowrance. this is the best thing i've came across lately.
also the furuno FCV-620 sounder is sweet. it read the bottom all the way to 40mph. i got the transom mounted transducer.
i cant wait to get offshore and hit some spots with the new electronics. cheers.
