Flounder fishing in the Chesapeak bay

*Ahoy*Do any of you guy fish for flounder in the Wachapreague area of the Virginia eastern shore? If so, when is the best time of the year to flounder fish there? I've heard good things about that area, but have never been there. Any help would be appreciated. The wife and I would like to take the 198 DLV on a trip up there around the first of October for a few days.

This spring, we did well on flounder on the bayside of the Eastern Shore near Bayford. Never been down in October, but I'm sure you'll figure it out. Stop in at Chris' Bait and Tackle on the way in and ask what the deal is. Nice folks that will be willing to help you out.
