OF COURSE im still fishing! its a year round deal down here. Ive ben pretty much trout fishing just to fill the freezer while the trout are in. Haent take many pictures becuase they have only been around the 17/18 inch range. im hoping to get back out about mid next week and ill try to take pictures just to have something to look at. Keep the lines in the water and if its too cold and frozen for the northern guys just come on down to savannah! we can definately put you on some trout and the stripers are really starting to head in now!

I know wut ya' mean. It's been a week and I'm already having withdrawal symptoms and knowing darn well it'll be after the first of the year before I can go back out. Let's see.... daughter's birthday, daughter's college tuition, x-mas [sheesh]. Anybody want to donate to the "Send Mike Fishing" fund??? 006

Just got in and my right shoulder is KILLING ME !!!
It was a massacre
We had 10 keeper bass (over 28") and released too many to count. Also had 10-18 lb bluefish that we kept many !! and released way more !!! Willie even called me in the middle of the mayhem...

Hey Fayetteguy, we need to get together and hit the trout. My freezer is empty and I'm hungry! We can take my boat.

Nice fish keepem comin. The weather here is terrible for fishing. Went to Galveston yesterday and the wind just blew and blew. Nothing but throw backs. I guess its Crappie time.

Still fishing here in central west coast of florida. Went out yesterday and caught 5 spanish mackeral keepers. Short pants, no shirt, 85 deg weather and beautiful. Come on down for year round fishing.
I would have last weekend but we had a red tide on the east central coast.

Killing the trout no whoppers but a lot of keepers, reds and flounder thrown in if you have finger mullet for bait. The sheepheads are starting to bite I'm thinking about targeting them later in the week. Then I'll have to wrap it up until after the first of the year.

I'm going to move this to the fishing forum.....
Report are that the Bluefins showed up here in good numbers this week. Don't know much about these giants but I understand they come in close to the beaches. Guess they're feeding on alberts or bluefish.
