View Full Version : Saving thread
Lots of time when I am reading a posting , particularly an older one ,I think I would like to save it and read it later. Is there any way to save a thread -posting or mark it so that you can find it quickly.

Book mark it. I have made a CSO category in my bookmarks, then i can add anything related to CSO.

Another trick is in your userCP you can elect to "subscribe to threads" either with no notification or with e-mail notification.
All you need to do is make a post in the thread. If you elect subcribe with e-mail notification you'll get and e-mail if someone makes a posts in that thread.
I choose to subscribe, but without the notification.
When you come to the site you can click on the "quick link" tab in the second blue nav bar next to the log out tab, a drop down box will open and at the bottom (third from the bottom) you'll see "subscribed threads" click on that and see all the threads you posted in & subscribed to, and you can go to it from there.
But remember you have to had posted in it, so if you like the thread, make a simple post and you'll have it saved.
Also when you open a forum all your "subcribed threads" (one you posted in) will have a check mark next to them over towards the right side under the ratings tab in the blue nav bar
Hope this helps
