I guess after this past weekend I will most likely will be saying "Yes Honey" more often...*laughing*
My wife's sister who she has not seen in ten years, was lucky enought to get a paid business/vacation trip to Florida by her company (From Colombia, S.A.) So my wife could not pass up the opportunity to get to see her after such a long time, but only if she traveled to meet her in Miami Florida. Of course this was very short notice, and not with alot of room for planning or even much time off since we both work, so my wife asked me if I could drive her down to Miami over the weekend even if it was just to see her sister for 2 days...Well to be honest with you guys I luv Florida, but do not enjoy the crowded Miami area, so I was kind of looking for ways to send her down without me, but honestly nothing was working out:secret:..So Thursday morning after I got off work we packed bags and to Miami we head..*clonk*..No skiff, no fishing rods..*004* At about 4 am Friday morning we arrived at the place her sister and family was staying at..:eek:..Nice high rise condo on the 32nd floor over looking North Miami Beach.:eek: It was dark and I was tired, so to the bed I was assigned I went.. About 10 am Friday morning I wake up to this brightness coming thru a big glass picture window, man what a view, blue water without a single wave (Giant Pond)..*015* The goose bumps and the butterflies start working my body..darn all I could think was that my boat was parked at my house twelve hours away..*001*..My wife and daughter are standing there looking at me suffering.*laughing*..With a dirty smile on their face, Then my wife looks at me and says "so what do you think"? I am thinking about how I am going to get some fishing done I answered to myself..*006* She looks at me again and says well Hun to show you that we appreciate you bringing us down, why don't you go I find I charter some where we will pay for it"......Thank You Lord...*008*... Wow I did not know weather to sh..t or jump and hug them...*laughing**laughing*, I went and woke up my son and told him we are going fishing...*yay*..He looked at me like I was crazy..*laughing* How are we going fishing, no boat! do you know someone here, are we going on the surf *006* he asked...Do not ask just let me borrow your internet..;D Got online and I find out that the public marina was just a few miles down the road..*thumbsup*..Jumped in the car drove to it and asked the guy at the marina office for a charter service, he flips me a flyer and next thing I know we have a charter set up for saturday morning at 6:00am..Let the pictures tell the rest, but not without saying "Thanks Hun"...*Cheers*

Final recap, 4 hours of fishing boated 12 kings, 4 released, boated 6 Bonitos, 3 released, lost two kings, and 2 Bonitos...Both the kids and I had a blast, nothing like catching fish 2 miles of the beach at 300 plus feet of water!! VIVA MIAMI BEACH..*Cheers*
