ROANOKE SOUND !
Guy their is a loose pipe just below the surface on the North side of the Manteo bridge near the East no wake sign !
It's out of the channel but if your fishing under the bridge it Can be a pain !
It's Been their for a few years it's a bent 1" around or so and will give and move , It's a hull Scratcher and prop eater !
