Lowrance X47

I have a Lowrance X47 that has started acting up. It powers up on its own as soon as it receives power through the accessory panel. The power/clear button does nothing anymore. Otherwise it functions perfectly. It appears to be discontinued and I wonder if anyone knows if the X50 or any other Lowrance units will work on the same cord and transducer. I do not want to re-run the wiring and transducer unless necessary. I did find that my Eagle Cuda 242 is the same, but I keep it on another boat in another location.
