Welcome aboard Capt Jim, glad you finally took the plunge and joined up! Like I've mentioned to you on our fishing trips, some of the best people on the 'net are right here at CSO!

2 CSO members on the same city street and block (4 houses apart)....thats gotta be a first!

I've got a feeling that being a guide, 'ol Capt Jim will help keep the Florida fishing reports section fresh. He's been tearing up the redfish for years, and since he's moved up from a 12-14' v-hull to a 19' Carolina Skiff, has been spanking the King Mackeral quite regularly. Once he gets past his 5th post, he'll be able to post up some pics of his fishing "adventures" (Capt Jim-thats for your buddy Rick Murphey)

Reggie, he's litterally 5 houses down the street.....same side of the same block. We've got another neighbor with a beautiful huge waterfront house and a J12 or J14 sitting in the driveway....gotta love it. Might have to see if we can get him to join as well! A couple of docks down from my boat, we have another neighbor with about a 65' Hatteras, 18' Hewes and a J16 Carolina Skiff.

Chum,

love the PC area.*thumbsup*

I wouldn't live anywhere else. I own a house about 3 blocks from my parents house, where I lived since I was 2. Mine is average, but there are million$$ + houses within a stones throw of my back yard. Years ago a waterfront house was not the 'status symbol' like it is now, now it seems anyone with money has to have waterfront, even if they don't do anything but look at it. *006*
