Hub dust covers?

I was greasing the trailer hubs on Sunday and one of the little rubber dust covers ripped. Does anyone know what these are called. I went an auto parts store to buy a replacement and they had no idea of what I was talking about. Also, does one size fit all?

Assuming you have the Super Lube hubs, they call the rubber dust caps as "grommets". You can get them here;
