OK guys, anyone located near East Palatka, FL might want to check this out.

I was sent this E-mail from CS and wanted to pass it along to our members here.

FYI for any members that are located around East Palatka, FL. Our new dealership Sunrise Marine is having a open house this Friday and Saturday (19th & 20th). I’ll keep you up to date on when different boat shows will be just incase any of your members are interested.

Maybe if you guys like this or you think it might help out, I could start seperate forum for dealers open houses though out the country.

Harry, It's a great idea of informing members of open houses and other demos by dealers. I would appreciate knowing about anything in NC, VA, or SC. I also like knowing what the factory does in response to complaints and warranty claims.

The forum has been most helpful for me in planning for the DLV I ordered about 3 weeks ago. The dealer called today and said it'll be ready the first of the week. I have a general idea about electronics and other equipment recommendations from members. The photos have been most helpful to me.

Obviously, because of the forum contributors, I will do a double quality inspection, expecially on the hull, the gell coat, and the stainless, as well as everything else.

I was working just south of palatka, on the way home I was checking out big boys toys which is also a C.S. dealer which is just 1-2 miles south of of this other dealer.( was itr sunrise?)For those looking it looks like they have a nice selection,and some competion right down the road. I'm wooking down there tommorow I think I'll stop in and have a look.

we looked at big boys play toys and they told us that they werent dealing carolina skiffs anymore. I know that they had sundances but the one down the street had carolina skiffs.
