NCDMF just published a revision to the Recreational fishing limits. This version is effective April 1, 2009. I haven't had a chance to scan through it to note any changes.

I think the only change is that the flounder minimum went from 15 1/2 " down to 15 " *014*

I really hadn't been paying any attention until now, but there is no restrictions on black drum. I understand there isn't much commercial value in that species but I just thought it kind of odd that it wasn't addressed in some fashion. It's not like they are so abundant you catch them everyday. *006*
