J-16 Portable Head

I had no choice, the J-16 needed a head. Not wanting to give up deck space I decided to install one on my front deck. I measured twice, cut once, using a jig-saw to cut out the hole. I then installed the toilet seat and lid using s.s. bolts, washers, and nuts with 5200. I filed down the edges of the hole to prevent splinters, scraping, or chafing.
The seat is right over the under deck hatch access with enough room left for a cat litter box to be slid under.
Next to be installed is a teak toilet paper holder and a s.s. shower curtain rod for those who need privacy.
I will keep you posted with progress.
