Stopped down to the boat the last two nights, around 10 PM while working. Bait and fish busting out everywhere !!! Didn't have a throw net or rod 004
Last night I was better prepared. Before I left for work I loaded the net and pole. Fish were still there and I loaded the bait pen,& live lined some small peanut bunker. Caught about 40 2 pound hungry bluefish, and decided to pack it in. Being a true fisherman I said "one more cast". I doubled up on 2 bunker (their small and with no wieght I couldn't get out super)
Anyway I put on 2 and launched it beyond the shadows of the dock lights and was rewarded with a 25 " striper..... 010
Might try it again tonight..... ;D ;D
We've had dark rainy nights for the past 5 nights, and last night it was REAL foggy. I think they feel more secure coming up without a bright moon..... or maybe not... 006
