OK, heres the deal,
Foodnetwork.com , look em up, fry em, jambalaya em, put em in with home maid clam chowder, shiskabob em , shame is ya aint got enuff ta share.....:eek:
Heck, one of MY favorites, EVOO (just a slather) japeneese bread crumb coating with white pepper and lowerays seasoned salt, heat the oil up, fry till golden, best when used as a side dish for spots,king, flounder, kinda different texture than the flakey fish . Im jealous, how bout a couple pics when ya cook em up???

Just forget about it and send 'em to me......our scallop season has been closed for the last 3 or 4 years due to 'water issues' and a drastic decline in the scallop population. I'd be happy to solve your problem for you, lol.....
