Posting pictures

How do you posat a pic? I have tried by choosing attachmentsa on the bottom, choosing my pic using the Browse box, clicking the pic and open. Then it either does nothing or says file to large. ?????????

There is a size limit on our site that will only allow certain sized pictures. This is because we cannot afford to pay for extra bandwidth. This site is a coming out of my pocket and it has to be this way.
HOWEVER Most here, myself included use a free hosting service called photobucket www.photobucket.com
There are many free hosting sites on the web image shack, fishpix...etc

All you have to do is create an account, download pictures from your computer and they store them and resize them for posting on sites such as ours here.

Once you have them in the host (photobucket or whatever) you just copy them and paste in the thread you want it posted in. Doing it this way allows Photobucket to store the pictures , thus saving on our bandwidth.

You can do a search here as someone else asked about it too. I may have went into more detail.

We welcome and love pictures, like they say "A pictures worth a thousand words" and they really help when trying to show how you Tricked out your skiff !!!!
