Fish....maybe?

Well i finally had a few hours to get out today with my girlfriend to try it out. Water temp wasnt quite where i wanted it but 63 was just gonna have to do. Was thinking i made a mistake by not taking any live shrimp at all, nothing but arti's today! Started slow, got a few hits and missed each one....uuh oh i forgot how to trout fish.....then miraculously got a few. My girl with the first, and her first trout ever, then i got a short, then a keeper, then another keeper, then a small blue. Bite turned off and left for the next spot....first cast short trout, second cast short trout, then put the bait closer to the grass and 2 good keepers. Left them biting, a little cold, wet and tired of scary clouds! all in all a not too bad day for just and hour and a half of fishing!

End of the day, small of 14 big of like 16-17, not much but makes a couple meals!

Went back today and had the same results, about 10 in an hr 8 keeps but only kept 2. No pictures since it was just like yesterday!
