Bacon wrapped fish steak

This works best with either spanish or king macks. Cut the fish into steaks about 1 1/2-2" thick, cut the skin off the steak and wrap a couple pieces of bacon around the fish steak and run skewer thru fish to hold bacon in place. throw on grill and cook. the bacon will give the fish a great flavor. season while cookin with your favorate spices. absolutely tastey!

I can attest to this, it does taste great. Then again, I really haven't found anything I don't like wrapped in bacon! ;D

corn is pretty darn good wrapped in bacon and grilled as well!
