Going to a pig roast later today and I get to carve ( pull ) the porker when she is ready.... love that job, only I am usually too full to enjoy the dinner cause I am toooo full of pig, by the time the bones are cleaned.... oh well, somebody has to do it..... Willie*thumbsup**thumbsup*

mmmm mmmm good............... pulled right off the bone.......and shredded right up.... twas about an 80 lb pig and they had all the trimmings....*thumbsup*

Willie, you're lucky it wasn't my pig pickin' - man, that's one chore I never delegate! Certain cuts have to be checked for taste and tenderness ;D
