Let me be the first to welcome you to CSO! Sit down, pull up a chair and tell us a little about yourself.
You'll find we have some of the best members on any forum, anywhere. Hope you stick around and help us grow into the best Carolina Skiff site on the net, if we aren't already!

Limit out,
Loki

HEY BONESHAKER238,
Comeon man, don't leave us hangin here, this here is the best bunch of folks I've found since buying a skiff and looking for someone else on the web with the same kind of boat to see what they have done. The Skiff is a blank canvass, you "color her in " as you see fit. Loki's on the mark here!!!!!!!!!
The folks on here are great, NOBODY knows EVERYTHING here, a lot of folks here know a lot, and ain't "skeered" to show ya how they did whatever, there are "purpose built machines" (like seabelow's skiff) to bone stockers.
So what ya think pal, what's your next "add on"??????????

Thanks and hello all. I have a 238 DLV that use offshore and inshore. I just moved home to Pensacola after 9 years in the Marine Corps. I used to fish out of North Topsail Beach in North Carolina but I have finally made it back to the promised land of the gulf coast. As far as my boat and the add ons, I have a custom T-top and will be adding a cobia tower with controls to it. I have added 10 rod holders to it, 5 on the front side of the console and five to the back deck. I have also mounted a 165 Qt cooler up front coffen box style so i can still walk all they around the boat without having to do the fish dance. If anyone has a fishing questions I do pretty good with king fish and dolphin and don't mind sharing the tactics and tips i have learned over the years and I am always willing to learn more. I will post some pics as soon as i figure out how.http://i204.photobucket.com/albums/bb178/bonshaker238/boatpic2.jpg
