The dealer delivered it right to my house. Now that is service. And yes I know that I am going to have to get rid of that roller.

Kent,
Nice looking boat. I was wondering why you said that the roller must go? I was actually thinking of swapping out the wooden paralell bars on my trailer for something easier to load. I have a 1765 and the existing boards at the wnech assembly pull the bumper rail down during loading. This is my first boat and would appreciate any advice. Thanks

Well I would hardly be the one to advise you as I haven't even put it in the water yet, but I have read numerous posts here and elsewhere that the rollers hang up under the lip of the bow.
I was planning on putting it in the water tomorrow but TS maybe hurricane Fay has put that on hold.

Thanks for the reply Kent. Not sure what I'll do. Good luck with Fay though. We haven't had a hurricane hit here (eastern NC) in a few years. We could use the rain, but no hurricanes is better than one big one. I'm sure you'll have many sweet adventures in that boat.

I think we were the only place in Florida that wasn't affected other than heavy cloud cover. We got less rain than usual, just a few light sprinkles. No wind to speak of. but I am not complaining.
