Yea, i just saw this site. With all the carolina skiff owners out there, we should see alot more members soon! Great way to network. I live in eastern NC and at the time own a 19' Carolina skiff with a 85 yammie, 17' carolina skiff with 60 evinrude, 23' CHawk with 175 Merc, and a 14'er with a 9.9 evinrude. Boat poor man. I think i am selling the 17'er and 23'er here soon and trying to move up in size. I also guide duck hunting parties in the wintertime and do a bit of saltwater fishing.
Very cool, I wish I had enough time to enjoy that many boats. I just bought my first boat back in March, 218dlv and love it so far. There have been a few little issues but nothing that can't be handled easily.
I have alwys loved the water and fishing so I was pretty excited to finally get a boat. The wife and kids love it too.

I am fortunate to have always been on the water (minus the four years i was in college but i still made it out most weekends) Well, here goes a few. The 23' Chawk I got october or so last year. I put in a custom Ttop with spreader bars, Large leaning post, and repainted the interior with non-skid. Also did re-wiring and upgraded the electronics :

Here are some from last year of the 19'er and my friend. It had the float rig on at the time and we had just came in from hunting: Custom painted battleship grey and lightgrey inside.
