1,000,000,000 plus mullet are in the surf with huge fish following close by, and you can cast net
white shrimp in the north river early a.m. outgoing just south of the orange ave bridge...
Thanks for the report sea, I fish out of canaveral and have only been catching sharks. I'm not all that familiar with the ponce area. Any tips you have are greatly appreciated!

Large bull reds in the surf and some snook downtown Daytona Beach.. I caught a 25-30 lb(36 inches or so) snook last week at the inlet about 30 yards from the light at the end of the north jetty. Flounders all along the edges of the river. Tarpon everywhere too. Careful with the inlet the south side has a new sandbar only 2 ft under... You will catch it if a swell goes under the boat at the wrong time. Stay between the red and greens going inside and south bound past the coast guard station. Bring your own shrimp...locals can't get any shipped in for some reason... That time of year.
