My horn quit working and Nat left Chatlee's

Well actually it now sounds like an old car "oooghaa" horn..;D

Anyway I checked to see if it was bolted tight to the console, it was. So I called Chatlee's this morning and asked for "Nat" my salesmen. They inforned me he is no longer with them... *006*

They put me through to the parts dept. I told Jason I just bought the boat there in Jan. He looked up my name and info, and said "yup,it's under warranty", and he would ship me one out ASAP. All he asked was that I send them the old one back, if not, CS charges them.

They couldn't have been more helpful. Easy transaction. *thumbsup*
