it takes 7 times the ammount of line to "hold" yer boat on a CALM day, and more to hold ya on a windy/ current day?
Ya see how far it is to touch the anchor to the bottom, figger out how long, and add 7 times the length to "hang "on??? Dang if it don't work good, heard it from an old salt down in Port Royal Sound.
