Don't let small size fool you. The 14DLX can take the waves if handled the right way.
As you see everything is lashed down, and water proof. I leave all the 3 drains open.
and with only a 25 on the back it floats high dry with only 6-8 inches of water in the sump hole.
The sump hole is 8 inches deep in the DLX I fish Ponce Inlet, Fl. and areas north along the beach.
I don't go out when the water is capping, ya can get into trouble fast.
No holes in the deck. Wood is glued to the deck, seat is attached to the wood.
