I know it's kind of a general question, with a lot of details, but if NADA say with the engine, avg retail would be around 29K, what can I expect the dealer to offer?

Dealers usually offer way less than the lower NADA price, unless your boat is a high demand boat. Now is a good time to look and sell the boat your self.If you can get what the dealer offers plus 20% you'll be happy IF you really want to let go the boat. The 20% i mention, it covers the tax difference you save at the dealer plus a little extra cash in your pocket.

Just sold my old one a couple of weeks ago rather than trade. Put it on the net (Craigslist, etc.) and my neighbor, who lives close to a well-traveled road, let me put it in one corner of his yard with a sign. Someone driving by bought it the next week. I got just about what NADA said it was worth. I got lots of calls and could have probably held out for a higher price, but in the end was happy. Now is a great time to sell as the weather is warming and people are looking at boats.
