November fishing

Speck fishing has been really good this year. Been out the last 2 Sundays with limits of trout both times. Probably caught 40 over both trips with only 4 under 14". The average size has been 18 to 19" with a dozen or so over 20".4" smoke swimming mullets on 1/8 leadhead and a mr17 is all I've tried using.
This is the biggest so far this year from the previous Sunday, 23" and released after a quick picture.

Haven't fished up at the crystal coast in a while but will be up there Thursday and Friday hoping to find some specks.Weather permitting will be on the water somewhere around Swansboro fishingsmilie*

I have caught plenty of trout at Cape Lookout the last two weekends, but none of them have been keepers. I may try agian this weekend.

I've been wearing 'em out down here too. Limits of "specks" and reds last few trips. Weather has been perfect for fall fishing in North Florida.
