I've searched this forum (first, of course), the other CS Owner group and general Google searches to no avail. 004
Has anybody seen a T-Top on a 1765, 1965 or any of the JVX series? I would think it would need to be scaled down a bit in size to seem reasonable?

I don't know if it's a good idea to put a t-top on tha rig.Is too narrow, and is goint to be top heavy. 006

NEM.. yeh I know. That's why I thought maybe with a reduced size -- say 60x80" instead of CS factory 72x96". Also I'd guess it would rule out electronics box, rocket launchers, radome ;D, etc, etc. I was more curious than planning... just the little brain whirring...

that's just my little brain skipping a beat.. the factory tops per CS are 4'x6' (not 6'x8' .. duh). That would make a scaled top something like 40x60". Might get to the point where it's too small to be useful, besides a hat is cheaper.

Jim,
Where are you located? Anywhere near Maryland?
Reason I ask is that I have a Stainless T-Top that would fit perfect on a 1765. (Around the standard console) I was going to put it on mine but I moved my console to the side of the boat for crabbing and since I got rid of my other boat I now keep the Skiff in the Garage. (It won't fit in the garage w T-Top)
If you're interested, I can get a Pic of it for you. It's not really pterry but is welded stainless and suprisingly light. Cheap also.

MDCrappie,
Not near Maryland... in Texas.
Also, I don't own a skiff yet.... trying to fidure out which one is right for me and this was one of my mental diversions while considering the options.
