This is my first experience installing any electronics on a boat. I was a little hesitant about taking on the project but I feel better now. I used a Dremel tool to cut holes. My second cut was alot easier. I still have to install speakers.

I don't have much in the CD player if something goes wrong. I just hope that the cover and the whole cut out size will match up. Thanks

Looks good MB! thumbsup Yeah, I also considered what would happen in the future if a replacement piece of electronics wouldn't fit the cutout. I guess it's poly board time.

Installed speakers, I am almost finished adding to the skiff for now. I need to get a few courtesty lights and some rod holders and I should be able to take a break. The speakers sound good at this location, the sound reflects off the inside of the boat.
