Beauty of a day.

After spending a couple hours working on the Skiff, there was a pizza day at the yacht club we belong to. The call it a yacht club, but actually it's more of a sailing/fishing club, and at low tide ya can hardly get a skiff out of the dock. 001

Anyway we went down for a Rum & coke, oh and some pizza, thumbsup and man was it nice and sunny. about 50 Dergees and I was having visions of getting the new boat in the water.
There were a few kids from the club 015

Now the suns going down, and it's cooling off. Tomorrow is supposed to be near 60 and I think I'm getting sick * cough,cough*, Might have to use a sick day ..... ;D

That was nice Harry.I also was at my club today, my back yard club, as the admiral call it.She gave me a honey do list today and she said since the skiff is coming soon and fishing starts soon also, i should clean the back junk, i mean yard , so "it looks good when people come and see the new boat", so i bought it and had to do the right thing.
I still like your day better than mine.Eventhough my back yard is spotless now.Eeven my Husky looked at me with a thank you on his face.

Well lets see, 10 am went to church, 12:30 went to an Eagle Scout Court of Honor of which I was the MC , then at 4:00 had to go to another dinner/banquet. Long day, good eats, and smiled at a gazillion people....................glad today is over with........... 017

Well I tore down the boat last week for a few upgrades as in moving the gas tank under the console seat and while I had the tank out I am installing the floor LED light around the console which requires the tank to be out to get to the wireing. So I have all this in the state of repair and my wife lays down the line and says I'm to do nothing else on the boat untill I finish the new patio in the back yard that I started last week also. So I have worked my a$$ off sat and sunday and still have a couple of days on the patio untill finish. And the bad thing is that the weather has been beautifull all weekend. I told her that as soon as I'm finished with the patio and the boat, I'm taking a week long fishing trip someplace. I'v earned it......Darell Now where to go?

Darell, You're a good man and wifey needs to show some appreciation. I think you deserve a little fishing vacation. But that's just me. ;D
