Willies lunch today.......

Last night I rubbed these down with some Butt Rub I picked up in Texas over Christmas and today put them on the gas grill. Right on the med high flame for 10 minutes each side and then removed them to the upper rack and placed an aluminum pan under them with some water and a beer in it to keep them moist and to catch the drippings. Let em go at 225 degrees for 2 hours and this is what came out... thumbsup thumbsup

sorry 006 now for supper gonna try that catfish from vietnam Swai.......... anyone try it before.........gonna put a little pankp crumbs and garlic on it and a little evoo and fry it up to a golden brown with a baked potato and some vegies.............anyway keep on skiffin and grillin waving
