Sell a hammer drill or something and load up the boat with gas...it's mostlikly 60 cent cheaper there too.

I was at boaters world twice today ... 004

Since placing my order at the boat show, the stuff has been trickling in from UPS. I think the wife is getting jealous and says "every day is like Christmas for you." To which I just ;D

Anyway I get a call last week and the guy from boaters world told me the $62 I-com I scored ( I was waiting for him to tell me they don't have anymore) will not ship to my house. Neither would the Sony Radio.
However he said I could have it shipped there and pick it up when it gets in.

Corprate will issue (mail) me checks for what I had already paid in advance ( the total cost of both radios)

To make a long story short they called I went in and when I got home the Sony wasn't the kind you can plug your MP3 into it just Plays MP3 CD's .... !!! nutkick

Now I'm a little ticked, (just for the fact I TOLD the guy at the boat show I want this feature, plus my wasted time back & forth) I drive 20 minutes back to the store and find a JBL that does what I want. It doesn't have the MP3 jack built in the radio but it does comes with a nice little cable that mounts in the dash and plugs into the back of the unit.

The only thing that hasn't come in yet is my cooler seat cover.

So now I have a pile full of cool stuff in my basement and I'm just itching to trick out my skiff .......

At least the snow is melting today and it's not snow. That's a good sign right ... 008

Beleive it or not, in all the boats i had to install a radio, i never ever put a marine radio.All i use is JVC, they are chead and do everything.
