This is the tach I decided on--matches the battery charge gauge I'm getting. Everyplace I see or talk too is more than happy to sell me the gauge, but nobody knows s@#$ about the wiring harness. I don't want a gauge that looks good but doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated.

In all the late model tachs that I have seen the hook up is from the remote throttle/shift control, you'll need to get the wiring color code from your dealer/mechanic. Usually the wiring harness is bundled to accept guages from the outboard manufacture so you may not be able to get a plug in adapter.
