Had to start spring break off right! Got home from a tournament and cooked up some dirty rice, Bacon Wrapped shrimp, and grilled shrimp!
Enjoy! More to come as the week goes by!
YUM! Reminds me it's time to thaw out some shrimp tails ;D

Has anyone tried fried shrimp heads? I have seen this on the food network channel and they look really good.

Gouldnt get eny easire.
I start by browning some ground deer meat, take it out and drain.....Sautae some green, red bell pepers, garlic and onions.....take that out and set aside with the meat.
Then i CHEET a bit.
Buy some Zatarans dirty rice mix and follow the directions adding in the deer meat and sautaed stuff, ......add a little liquid crawfish boil mix and tony chaceries to tast! Top with some good smoked chedder cheese!
It is even better the next day!
