2180 DLX - Suggestions on console size Medium, Large, or Extra Large?

IMO it depends on fuel tank size, how much room you want to have between the console and gunnels and how you want your electronics mounted. I think that I would go with a large with the integrated rod holders Like Lollipop has. On my skiff the smaller med console creates some difficulties in mounting things like a vhf.

Coach, I like the extra large. Couple of reasons,

1. room, two people can sit on the front seat comfortably..
2. room, I have all the room i needed for mounting drink holders, my stereo in front of me makes it nice, didn't need a remote, eletronics.....
3. room, when the weather is ****ty, we have a nice big, wide windshield to get behind.
4. room, tons of nice creative storage under the console can take place.
5. fuel capacity, I was able to get a 42 gallon tank installed witch is nice for those folks who keep their boat on the water.

I will post some pics once I finish all my custom installs....

Thank you very much - What is the size difference in the large and the XL console?

The Large is 38" high x 29" wide x 35" front to back
The XL is 43" x 38" x 47" front to back
The Deluxe is 44" high x 32" wide x 45" front to back

The XL seems 6" taller and 2" longer but I got these numbers staright from the Carolina Skiff book.....

Coach - I made a mistake - that is the Large console that comes with the factory pre-rig.
