I hooked a blonde about 15 yrs ago. Ever since I reeled her in (or was it the other way arround?) I used to find stuff like this in the frig. on a regular basis.

A pal of mine gave me the smoker, and another friend gave me the knowledge and a little bag of seasoning rub that he calls the majic.

Last year was a big year for me and the smoker. I smoked about 25 lbs of mullet, 10 lb of mackerel and a few reds and trout. Used Janes Crazy Mixed up Seasonings on the fish, but didn't get any pics.

All that came to a hault when the doc checked my cholesterol. It was high. She found out. Now I'm eattin' turkey burger and she sneaks fiber into everything.

I was wondering what cut of meat you had there. It definitely looks like pork. Is that some small Boston Butts or loins?

I did an 11 hour smoke on a 20 lb. pork shoulder a few weeks ago, had a few neighbors over, and there wasn't nothing left except the scrappings. Sheesh! 001

No problem eating fish if you have high cholesterol. Got to quit the red meat though. Cut mine in 1/2, been eating deer burgers and grilled fish. No more bacon and eggs. Cherrios for breakfast. Vitorin 10/40. I sure do miss my fried Catfish and chicken. Damn that pork looks good.

I usually end up doing this 4 times a year , I can feed 250 off this grill. Last fly-in I had 3 this size going. 1 for corn alone, 1 for chicken, and 1 for boston butts.
If we could get this bunch of folks together, I'd leave my skiff at home and bring the cooker.....
