Real nice day today. Fishing was kind of slow but caught 2 nice reds and a flounder and this monster. I thought I was snagged up til my snag moved to the side. He drug me across the canal twice and with the outgoing tide for a ways. Finally got him up just to see what I had. About 40" of a nasty old fish but he put up a heck of a fight.

My working partner and his wife brought home 2 limits of reds and released several more right off the bank. Place called Hog Island Gully.Heard a number of good reports, fishing picking up here. Water temp was 70.
