At least up here in NJ.
Took the wife out tonight and we tried a couple spots for some weakie fish. Wind was howling and it was cloudy.
I found a spot just before the sun was starting to drop, it broke out of the clouds. The wind died and I was in 6- 10' of water and the flatties started pounding us. ;D
