Has anyone on the CS Forum tried Keel Guard. I did a search on the forum and found no posts on Keel Guard? It seems like a good product for boaters (like me) who beach their boats (intentionally or unintentionally). Also, it might add some protection for the keel for those of us who sometimes (intentionally or unintentionally) hit decks, docks, rocks, bottoms, etc.

In looking at the bottom of DLV's, it seems you would need to apply Keel Guard to all three keels for maximum protection. Any experience with or thoughts or ideas about Keel Guard?

I had 3m Keel Guard on my Sailfish deep vee it cost $139.99 for 5'. It was easy to apply with two people. Glue is permanent. If you screw up applying it....oh well! I saw the same keel guard on a 218DLV at Bayracer Marine Saturday when I picked up my boat it was on the center keel.
