Yep, get this...

You are a better man than me. I believe I would have already kicked someone's a$$. Have you emailed or called Suzuki? Our t.v. new has a trouble shooter show, if yours does I would embarrass this guy into doing the right thing. A full page ad in the local paper works nicely also. Gotta play dirty with this one. 001

I remember you said once that they changed the fuel line to a bigger size.Maybe the size is wrong and sucking also air with the gas.Just a thought, and i'm running out of them at this point. Two engines having the same problem is not common , unless that particular hp motor/year/batch was defective to begin with.Do they offer another brand of motors?
As for the local paper, that might work too getting YOUR MONEY BACK.

Thats crazy, my brother has never touched the primer bulb on his 2007 90 4 stroke zuk. And neither have I on my 140. Those people have no clue what the problem is. Which confirms that its a rigging issue and that they must have promoted the janitor to head machanic since they probably can't keep a good one because their idiots......I wish I was a lawyer. I'd luv to help you on this one.

Been reading all your posts. The guys on here have given you some good trouble shooting. Dose your boat have the track from your tank to the back of the boat on top of the deck. Maybe the fuel line is to tight and blocking fuel. You may have already tried this??????? just though I would throw my 2 cents in. If you need some muscle I am sure you can get some of us. I was very unhappy with my dealer to will not take boat for even a wash.

Pressure testing the fuel line may reveal a pin hole leak.

Never heard of such a mess before.

Your doing good to keep your temper under control. I almost said call a priest as a joke. Now I'm thinking to say it as not so much a joke. Man you need help.
