Wow haven't even thought about that in a few years..........but I am sure I can dig some up for ya............the best one I remember is or was supposed to be like a blueberry crumb cake. Don't think the boys ever got it completely right though but during those winter polar bear camping weekends it sure did taste good, the edges were always done, but the center sometimes left something to be desired......Willie 001

Duch Oven Pizza
2 boxes pizza mix w/ sauce
1 lb mozzarella cheese
1 lb pepperoni (or your favorite topping)
Large Dutch Oven
Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
Instructions Prepare coals
Line Dutch Oven with heavy duty foil
Mix pizza dough per instructions on box
Spread dough evenly in bottom of Dutch Oven.
Layer with sauce, pepperoni & cheese.
Cover dutch oven, place on coals, put several coals on top. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Better than take out!
Comment Do not use too many coals or you can easily burn the crust. We always took some real shredded cheese to add to it also. 011 011
