I am the owner of a 2007 198 DLV and love it! My question is the set up of my galvanized trailer. The bow stop seems to catch the front lip and then I have to power the throttle to get the lip over and it seems to slam in place. when I am backing it off the trailer it does the opposite, it comes off the stopper then it catches under the lip of the bow. Is their a y bracket or something I can install to prevent this dangerous action?

Thanks to everyone for their response to my trailer problems. They were all very helpful and give me many options to cinsider. I am a new owner (1 month) and it's great to have a place to go to for help. Any groups in the Galveston,Texas area? Thanks again!
