WTB 25-40 hp motor

WTB a used 25-40 motor with controls for my sons 13' whaler. Don't care about the make or if its a 2s or 4s, just want a good soild running motor for "his" boat. (maybe he'll leave mine alone). thanks.

If you don't mind a little travel or can wait till April 1. I can hook you up with a new one. My hunting partners dad is a Yama dealer down around Gaffney S.C. He's got some new in the box 06 stuff he's letting go at great prices. Last time I talked to him he had F25's E/start $2800 OTD down to 25 rope starts for $2200 OTD. A new 07 F40 E/start tiller $5500 OTD, this one may have come down a bit?? I'll be down there April 1 for turkey season and could bring you something back if you want. Shoot me a PM or email if you want or need his contact number. No telling what he's got on hand now. I've never asked him about anthing used but maybe??

This is for my son’s late 60’s 13’ Whaler with console steer. Boat is all original with a 35 mercury, cable steer and all. So he is going to need controls both motor and steering. Thanks for the help.

Will do but I'd not expect much from him. He's a VERY small 2 man operation, doesn't even have a web site and only uses his computer for orders. Still keeps everything on a legal pad. :o :o
